Positive: Very clean and comfortable, with good-quality furniture and a well-maintained appearance.
Negative: There are no staff members available to welcome and greet guests.
More lighting is needed in the corridor/hallway to make the area brighter and more welcoming.

Positive: Very comfortable and clean atmosphere, it was very relaxing and most importantly kid friendly.
