Terrible misrepresentation by the owner as what the unit was, it was an adjoining bedroom to an owners suite. Very disap Positive: Pretty setting in the mountains Negative: We were sold a room that had a door to the adjoining suite. That was never revealed to us until we received our note about checking in. The room was small. The next door (adjoining) unit was noisy until midnight. Quiet hours are 10pm. Messaged the contact number, they did nothing. Very poor response and action. Also we did not receive any notice of what amenities were on site (restaurant, coffee shops etc…). A very poor service from the unit holder. They charged 165$ for a night and 160$ other fees. That was not worth it. Over priced by double. Very disappointed with the unit and owner/manager response. We received token responses via text but no action or response by the adjoining (owner) suite.

Déception sur les conditions de la chambre. Positive: L'emplacement était bien. Le frigo, lavabo de cuisine, accessoires de cuisine étaient utiles. Service à la clientèle facilement rejoignable. Negative: Air climatisé non-fonctionnel, aucun mouchoir, tapis taché, rideau de douche taché, télé non-fonctionnelle. Service à la clientèle facilement rejoignable.
