Not great Positive: The location is nice Negative: Poor quality rooms, only one shower towel, horrendous value

Middelmatig verblijf Positive: Mooie ligging Negative: Geheel is sterk verouderd. Dringend toe aan opfrissing. Geen personeel aanwezig na 20u en ook telefonisch niemand te bereiken! Enkel onze mail werd daags nadien beantwoord.

Disappointing, dirty and expensive! Positive: I liked that we had a balcony with a mountain view and that it was near to the ski lifts. Negative: This is very much a winter ski resort and is only kept open in summer with minimal effort. The only member of staff we encountered was a man sat at reception with his headphones in. I hadn't realised it was self check in and that I'd been sent a message with the details. He was very unhelpful and seemed annoyed that we'd disturbed him! Once we had checked into our room we found it to be very dirty. There was a birds nest on the balcony which meant that there was bird poo all of the walls and floor, the table on the balcony was filthy and had clearly not been cleaned in some time and the TV had "clean me" written on it by the previous occupants in the dust on it. The bird poo is not only disgusting but potentially dangerous for your health. In addition to this, the fridge in the room was incredibly loud and the window did not have curtains which made sleeping difficult due to the noise and light in the room. I messaged the property about this (as there was no one to speak to on site) asking if it was possible to change rooms, they replied that it was not possible as the hotel was fully booked (it was very clearly not, there were very few people about), instead they said they'd send a cleaner to clean the room and a maintenance worker to look at the fridge. Neither of these things happened, the bird poo was still there when we left and the fridge was just as loud as ever. They also offered to reimburse us for a meal at a restaurant in town if we sent them the receipt. We accepted this and sent the receipt but I am yet to get the money back from them. They say they processed this on 5th July and I now need to take it up with booking.com, but I'm unsure if this is true as I only sent them the receipt late in the evening that day and had to chase for a response a few days later.

Great value Positive: The property was great! There was hot tub, sauna, gym. It’s great value! We were very happy with the stay. Negative: There was no staff support on site; kinda have to figure out everything on your own. Construction is ongoing outside and starts very early.

It was just okay. Negative: Bed sheet stained and lots of dust on furniture. Really only meant for those that do outdoor activities.
