1 Bedroom Suite Glacier and Mountaineer Lodge

It was comfortable Positive: The bed and sofa was to my liking. Also the kitchen had everything needed to cook a meal. The place was cleaned. Negative: The building shown on Booking.com website wasn't the building I stayed in. Secondly, the view was blocked by trees. Furthermore, the dishwasher stinks. Lastly, the was no staff on site when I arrived making my arrival stressful.

Spectacular secluded location not far from town and the amusement center Positive: We were so sorry we got here just days after new ownership took over and we’re still working out the kinks. The elevators didn’t work, yet. That said, I’d come back for certain. They got both the ski lift and gondola working today (June 5). They said the store will open on the 15th. Negative: The elevators and garage door not working. I’m certain they will fix it soon!

Positive: beautiful mountain view Negative: elevator broken. hot tub closed poor wifi disappointed that not told elevator wasn't working and hot tub sauna not working website also said restaurant on site but it was closed too

The staff was nice (virtual), but I might probably not try to stay at this place again. The “cleaning cost” scam was a l Positive: The location was nice. The staff was helpful but they couldn’t do much as every time they would tell me to reach out to booking.com. Free parking. Negative: For entry you required a PIN code which was not provided at the time of booking. I had to call the number that was pasted on the entrance to ask for support. No physical staff available to support. It was mostly virtual assistance (on phone). I did not know which room I was supposed to stay in. The wifi password was not provided. And the worst was I got charged CAD115 for “Cleaning charges.” I only spent one night.

Positive: The space was nice, view of main road not ideal but ok Negative: No one at front reception.. Received an email the day of arrival of a few codes for entry, took several tries to get in the main door.. Once in the rooms are not straight forward. We were on the 2nd floor.. No operating elevator.. For older people would have been terrible. Then opening our room door I was told it was four digits and I tried the ones they gave us.. Didn't work.. After about 20 minutes figured out they forgot to mention the #.... @ the end.. Having been on the road for 9 hours that is the last thing people want to deal with. To be clear, I am a tourist guide that works around the world.. I rarely make comments but this place was not discribed as it was.. And was disappointing
