Positive: Nothing... I was billed for nothing. Never saw the room. When I paid with my visa the bill went from $95 to over $250. I tried to cancel with the property management company that told me that I had to cancel with booking.com, that told me that I have to cancel with the property management.... never even saw the room. What a Scam that the public should know about Negative: The above

Incorrectly advertised facilities, unhelpful staff Positive: The views from the balcony, free parking. Negative: There was an option to choose a cot so we booked this property based on that. This was not provided and the staff on the phone were unable to provide one, only a large sofa bed.

It was bad Positive: The room was clean Negative: nobody there to oversee the property, nobody knew what was going on, it was over 90° and there was no AC, and the price they charge was ridiculous. I have stayed at many motels, but I would never stay at this one again.

Get some AC Positive: Right at the resort Negative: Rooms have no AC. Walked into my room and it was 28.5 degrees....... elevator was out of service....

Really bad experience, will not recommend anyone to stay there Negative: Everything. The room was in 3rd floor. There is no one in the hotel Lyft is not working, and I stayed there 4 nights after 4 nights it still wasn’t fixed, I had to pull everything to 3rd floor and there are lots of stairs.
