Kicking Horse Gem for 8| Near Gondola + Hot Tub

Great place to stay, very close to the resort.

The place was perfect for our weekend wedding stay, especially with the lovely deck hottub and the well-equipped kitchen

Great experience overall, hotub was excellent. Wish we were able to stay more than a night, definitely come back

Very Disappointing Stay Unfortunately, this condo was a major disappointment. We booked partly because previous guests described the beds as very comfortable. Instead, the mattresses were old, saggy, springy, and creaky, causing back discomfort and poor sleep. The pull-out sofa was more comfortable. Six people stayed in the unit above us, and poor sound insulation made their footsteps, movement, and chair-dragging clearly audible. The constant noise compounded the problem of the uncomfortable beds. The condo also had a strong Pine-Sol-like smell that irritated our son’s lungs, yet it was not clean. We found food on the kitchen floor, hair in bowls, a dirty towel, and a hair-covered foam mattress topper. Additional issues included a malfunctioning dishwasher, intermittent bathroom fan, and toilet that backwashed a few turds. Although the listing photos made the condo appear modern, and fresh, in actuality it felt dated and worn.

Place was great! We had some highway issues but the hosts accommodated us. Thanks!
