Positive: Nothing Negative: The items in the room were all cheap, piled with cleaning tools. I wasn't sure if the towels were professionally washed, but they smelled like washing them in a washing machine yourself, which made me very scared and disgusted to use. The chair cushions were even damaged, and there was no light in the center of the room. On my first day, it was already after 10 PM, and the only usable standing lamp was broken again. The whole room was very dark, making me uncomfortable and angry. When I contacted the host, I found out the room wasn't cleaned daily, nor were clean towels provided. These things were never mentioned on the booking website. Although I booked three nights, I left the next day and preferred to stay in Banff.

Las fotos son mejores que el alojamiento Positive: Estaba limpio y en el parque nacional de Banff. Tiene garaje. Negative: El anuncio dice que tiene zona de cocina. Esto es falso, lo único que tiene es una cafetera. Además, en las fotos aparece un microondas que no existe. Cuando se lo reclamé a la propietaria, me dijo que no estaba en la lista de servicios del apartamento. Es un misterio para mí cómo puede haber una zona de cocina sin cocina ni microondas. Le pedí a la propietaria que actualizase el anuncio para evitar futuros engaños. Dado que no lo ha hecho, añado una foto con la "zona de cocina". Las camas son incómodas y el apartamento carece de luz en el techo - la luz viene de lámparas de pie. Además el armario está lleno de escobas que no te permiten guardar la ropa y hay un aspirador junto a la mesa de desayuno, dado que guardan los productos de limpieza a la vista en el apartamento.

Air conditioning is Not an Amenity no matter how hot it gets in the room! Also No refunds! Negative: I did not like the fact that when we walked in it was 80 degrees. There were 2 fans one was a pedestal fan. There was a note stating that we could not turn the air in unless it was 12 degrees celcius outside and that it would blow out warm air. The sign told us to open the windows and turn in the fan. When I contacted the property owner, she told me not to turn on the air and follow the instructions on the wall. I called back and told her we were leaving because it was 80 degrees Fahrenheit. I asked for our money back ir at least for a partial refund. I was denied that. I tried to cancel on booking.com, the owner denied that as well. Booking.com contacted me 2 days after I tried to cancel and said they could not get a hold of the owners either. I had booked this room for 5 nights. We only stayed in the room for 30 minutes due to the temperature. I was charged over 2000 cad dollars. We left and got accommodations in Calgary. I had to cancel my Banff Tour and end my vacation 2 days early because of paying over $2000 cad dollars for this room for nothing. We totally got ripped off. It caused a hardship on us financially. After the 5 day period, I received an email about my concerns. Basically stating they could not do anything about it. The last sentence literally said that they never listed air conditioning as an amenity. I have never been treated so coldly from an accommodation in my life, and I travel each year. I literally through $2000 cad dollars down the drain! This is not ok. I hope no one else has to go through this hardship!
