Negative: We had a 4pm check in and arrived exactly at 4pm, cleaners didn’t finish until 420…we waited in a bedroom with an infant Until they finished! The kitchen was well stocked and beds very comfortable!

Cozy and convenient place to stay for our family trip to Banff National Park.
