Beautiful unit and view, but poor communication, construction noise, and lack of attention to detail made the stay disap Positive: The unit itself is modern and high-quality, and the view was beautiful. The space worked well for our large group, and the amenities were nice once we were able to locate them. The east side of the unit was also quieter and less affected by the nearby construction noise. Negative: The biggest issue was the check-in process. We never received the unit number or door code before arrival, and despite the 4 PM check-in time, we waited in our car for nearly an hour trying to reach someone. Once we finally got through, it took another 15 minutes for them to locate our booking. Cleanliness also needs improvement — we found a hair in one of the beds when we arrived. Bedding comfort was inconsistent between rooms, with some mattresses and pillows being too hard and others too soft. There is also active construction directly in front of the building (May 2026), and guests staying on the west side of the unit were woken up around 7:30 AM by the noise. We also found the lack of instructions frustrating, especially for locating the hot tub and sauna, which ended up being hidden inside the gym in the parking garage. Finally, for a group of 11 people, only providing 11 towels total was not enough, especially when using the hot tub and sauna.
