2BR Cozy Condo - 2 King Beds! w/ Hot Tub Access

Appreciate the work done by the host Positive: The host is an excellent communicator. All the info you need for check in is given in a well organized format and is complete. There are several amenities a short distance away. Nice to have washer and dryer on site. Kitchen has several pots pans dishes and glassware. Also a range of small appliances. Underground parking is easy to use - clean and well lit. Negative: The bed is not comfortable. The mattress needs to be updated. The shower rod fell down first day. When we walked in,there were a series of wires hanging out of the wall tv and other media boxes on a shelf. Not a good presentation. The bath products could see a change as well. All the other condos we’ve rented in the area highlight the Rocky Mountain line- from Canmore. The curtains have small holes in them that you can see when the lights shines on them. The balcony is a good size but the sliding screen door needs adjustment all the time. You have to open it very slowly to be able to use it. We were in contact several times with the host throughout the stay with feedback and suggestions. We made sure to leave it clean and garbages emptied etc with everything how we found it. Although the close proximity to the highway is a plus, you also have the noise from it. The gas station just a few buildings away and gets a lot of business from the highway so a lot of cars are coming off and going back out to that Trans Canada highway.
