Brand New 3BR Rockies Haven w/ Balcony, Pool & Gym

Wonderful location and place

Very close to Banff which was what we were looking for. A little trouble finding it, but hopefully they'll get the address corrected on the correspondence. Very clean and very easy checkout instructions. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described and pictured. It was the perfect setup for our group, especially the four kids, who had an amazing time..The pool was a huge highlight and kept the kids entertained for hours. The location was excellent—close to Canmore, with plenty of great restaurant options nearby.The hosts were fantastic, responding quickly to any questions we had and making the entire experience seamless. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to others!

Address was provided well in advance for our party to organize. parking instructions were clear and detailed. Check in instructions were delivered as described as well allowing us early 2pm check-in. Our mistake for checking in with code a little before 2pm. Room was clean on arrival and stocked with requested items. The air condition and fans took some time to figure out but overall temperature in room was met. The room with bunk bed had a window to pool that was open on arrival, no issue once blind was pulled down. No issue on volume of other guest in pool or other rooms. Bathrooms were well stocked and no plumbing issues. Beds were well maintained and had fresh sheet on arrival. No problems checking out and locking up door and windows.
