Cozy 3BR unit with Arcade in the heart of Calgary

We enjoyed our stay on the property. Everything was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the funky decor as well as the spacious layout and modern kitchen, ensuite laundry and balcony. It was nice to have two bathrooms as we had 3 adults. The building was quiet and the neighbours were respectful and neighborhood charming. Our hosts were very responsive, we had access to underground parking which is great however our SUV was too high to clear the entrance. Luckily parking on the street was ample. The common areas were always clean as well. There are many great shops within walking distance and we were would consider staying there again. The only amenity we would have appreciated would be an a/c unit as it was very warm especially in the rooms without windows. Fans were provided in all rooms but we still found it quite warm. Other than that it was a really nice stay!

No air condition Positive: The room was clean and tidy. Negative: We didn't receive check-in instructions at the time of check-in, and for some reason we only received the message on Booking the next day, which completely blocked us from checking in on the same day. The website advertised air conditioning, but it wasn't available at all. The entire house was stuffy, the parking spaces were tiny and difficult to find, and the garage floor was dusty and filthy. The garage remote control is also unusable.

Tina was very communicative and responded well to messages. The unit was super cute and had all the amenities we needed. (Be aware the fridge will be empty.) The ONLY concern we had was that it was warm in the condo. Each bedroom and the living room had fans provided, but the AC was not yet operational. So, IF you're a chunky middle-aged woman, be prepared to be warm. Even our super-slim, always cold, daughter-in-law was hot! I understand that the AC is installed in the summer, so it may be better then. To be fair, I think Calgary was warmer than usual (over 80⁰F). Our family of six (three couples) enjoyed our stay. Walkable neighborhood, close to a park and restaurants, with public transit nearby.
