4BR Luxury w/ Pvt Hottub in the Heart of Canmore

The absolute lack of respect to people who rent this property is very evident in every way with the way this property is Positive: The only upside to this property is the location . Negative: Entirely uncomfortable! We could barely sit on the couch because the metal bars are felt right throughout the so called cushion. I’ve never seen anything as terrible as that. For the amount being charged and the cheap furniture is shocking to say the least. Very disappointed. The bedroom level thermostat would not go past 18 degrees even though it was calling for heat. Not sure if the HVAC system wasn’t working or it was set up like that . They left little space heaters in the rooms though very thoughtful. Freezing everywhere else. The beds are way past due for replacement to top of your freezing night. Very disappointed with the lack of maintenance with basic things. Also there is fruit flies everywhere because again lack of pride or giving a sh*** The hot tub water level was below the jets. The sponge that is supposed to float around is underwater because it hasn’t been replaced and full . There was an airlock and the filter was clogged with the string of the sponge. the water was cold because the water could not circulate. Again very disappointed and the money asked for this property? The BBQ has not been cleaned in years. There is so much grease coating the BBQ I can’t believe it. The grease trap is overflowing and is a FIRE HAZARD. So unbelievable you walk from one disaster in this property to another in less than five steps. I have pictures of all the insane ridiculous problems of this place and again so completely dissatisfying uncomfortable cheap and freezing experienced we have ever had. Honestly Terrible, Honestly embarrassed, The absolute lack of respect to people who rent is very evident with the way this property is kept.

This property was perfect for our stay in Canmore. Hosts were very communicative and check-in was a breeze. Kitchen was well equipped, as were laundry and paper supplies. Comfortable beds and linens. Super easy commute to Banff, Lake Louise and Sunshine Village.
