Sleeps 8! 1003sqft Loft + Pool, Hot Tub Near Banff

It was a great stay for the value we paid. Positive: Loved that we could cook dinner and breakfast to save some money, loved that there was a pool and hot tub accessible. Negative: The fridge was broken, not able to cool or store our food indoors however we were provided ice and coolers to keep our things stored.

We had a wonderful week staying here with our family of 5. The host was incredibly communicative from start to finish, always quick to respond and happy to help with anything we needed. It really felt like they genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. The property was comfortable and well-suited for our stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back again. Excellent walkable location. Highly recommended!

Adequate. No more. Feeling chastised to address probelms that really should not be present in a booking.com offering Positive: Close to town. Fairly reasonable price Negative: 1. The pre- arrival communication was excessive: too wordy (use AI to edit it down), too many warnings (about closing windows, etc), useless info (eg you have 4 towels as 4 people booked). Keep it simple and clear. 2. It smelt of curry throughout our stay. 3. After booking we were warned the shower door was broken. It really needs to be fixed. 4. I can’t recall being advised the wardrobe door was also broken, and the window 5. The damaged / warped window was a particular problem because we opened it to try to reduce the curry smell - and then couldn’t close it properly (it probably can’t be closed properly). Given the pre arrival fire warnings about closing windows - this was very annoying. FIX THE WINDOW instead of telling guests about all the damage caused by open windows!

Beautiful property with stunning mountain views from the private patio. Short distance from breathtaking hikes and world class skiing at Ski Louise. 9/10 would recommend!
