Perfect Rockies Escape with Pool, Hot Tub and Gym

Decent for one night, great pool if you have kids but overlooks the communal bins and parking lot and not an ideal locat Positive: Booked at short notice and it was ok for what we needed but felt somewhat tired and dark. Thankful for the air con and pool was a hit with the kids. Negative: Overlooked the bins (garbage) so had the sounds of people taking trash out from early until late. Felt outdated and quite dark so expensive for what you get. Location ok but far from ideal. Right near Highway, still quite a walk into town (and not a particularly nice walk). There are much nicer locations to be in Canmore which is a fab town.

Very comfortable apartment suited to my family. Positive: Fantastic property, well maintained and in a great location with a great host! Negative: The elevators were broken, only one of them operational which led to a bit of inconvenience leaving the property.

Positive: Location was great for touring the Banff National Park and local to Canmore Town Centre. Lots of local bars/cafes nearby also. Accommodation was roomy for the 4 of us.

Positive: The pool was great, and the place was quiet. Negative: The room was small and quite dirty. It could use a deep clean and some touch ups. The view out the balcony was pretty poor, no mountain views.

Ultimately it was a good stay for what we wanted. We would definitely stay here again Positive: The location was wonderful. The instructions to get in were very clear and responses to any questions were answered immediately Negative: Cleaning staff showed up earlier than scheduled and attempted to clean while we were finishing up. Toilet was broken..they were VERY quick to respond, we told the property we could manage and we absolutely did, (No complaints in that respect) but pointing it to ensure it has been fixed
