$300plus worth of this is not justifiable. Positive: Easy to locate Negative: We arrived around 8:30 PM and found that the parking spot assigned to us was unusable because the car next to us was improperly parked. We requested a different spot so we could safely leave our car and head to our room, but ended up waiting for over 30 minutes. The attendant was very kind and accommodating, and I understand that the situation was beyond her control. She suggested street parking, but unfortunately, those spots were all full as well. When we finally got to our room, we were disappointed to find a dirty sock beside the side table, which was quite unpleasant. This raises concerns about the cleanliness standards, and I hope management ensures that housekeeping is doing their job properly. Considering we paid over $300 for the stay, this experience was very disappointing and did not meet expectations.
