Positive: Clean rooms. Staff I dealt with was very understanding of our situation. Negative: Sink not in bathroom. Heating wasn't working properly. Insulation also seemed a problem

Overall a good stay and great value Positive: Clean and good location Negative: Room was a little cold and parking lot is very small and congested.

Positive: Host was very kind

Positive: Stayed in room 20 on the first floor. Clean linens and sleeping area, good views, 2 min drive to Canmore. Walk-out right to car park. Negative: The bathroom is tiny, the tub had been painted over, and it was chipping. I had to wear sandals to shower as it was not pleasant. There is zero insulation between the floors. I barely got any sleep as I could hear every foootstep above my head, even with loud white noise playing. That being said, it was a goo price for the area.
